Registering a misai8 account is free and takes less than two minutes. Click the Register and fill in basic details such as your phone number, username, and preferred password. Next, verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS. Your account is activated immediately once verification is complete — no documents are required for this first step.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. misai8 enforces a strict responsible gaming policy. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be suspended immediately and the balance returned in accordance with established procedures.

No. Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account at misai8. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without warning.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings, then select "Change Password". Enter your current password, then set a new password containing at least 8 characters with a combination of letters and numbers. The change takes effect immediately.

Log in to your account dashboard and go to the Identity Verification. Upload clear photos of the front and back of your MyKad, along with a selfie of you holding the card. The verification process is typically completed within 1–2 business days. A completed KYC verification enables higher withdrawal limits.
Deposit & Withdrawal

misai8 accepts a variety of payment methods including FPX (online bank transfer), TNG e-Wallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to a designated account. All deposit methods are processed instantly and your balance is credited within seconds.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 for most payment methods. Maximum limits depend on the chosen method — FPX allows deposits of up to RM 30,000 per day, while e-wallets typically have limits set by their respective providers.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC. For accounts without KYC, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside bank business hours may be credited on the next working day depending on the receiving bank.
